For the past 17 years, Tom has predominantly performed on Oceania Cruises, where his wife, Dottie Kulasa, has distinguished herself as one of the most successful cruise directors during her more than 35-year career. Dottie is scheduled to retire on March 3, 2026, and will subsequently assume a vital role within the company.
